How does Family Membership work?

How do I find an au pair?

After you register you have a number of options - you can search our database for candidates, and view their CVs, or you can post a job and wait for applicants, or you can do both.

When you receive an application for your job, you'll be notified by email, after you log in you'll be able to view that applicants CV, including their contact details (if your membership plan allows it.)

You can use their contact details, or, you can use our internal messaging system, to contact the jobseeker.

Posting a job tends to be the most effective way of finding an au pair, as (obviously) applicants are definitely interested in the position. Another great way to find applicants is, after you post a job, you will see an Invite button on the jobseeker's profile, clicking that button sends a message to the jobseeker telling them to apply, if they are interested.
