Family in Copenhagen looking for a Responsible and Mature Aupair from mid-August 2011

My name is Becky and I'll be 4 years old in August. I have a little sister Leah who is 14 months old. We live in Copenhagen, Denmark in a suburb called Osterbro. I go to pre-school every day and Leah is at nursery school. I love baking cakes with Mum, cooking with Dad, running around outside with my friends who live next door, singing loudly, playing with my toys, drawing, painting and watching DVDs. My favourite food is lasagne. I also love all kinds of fruit and icecream. Leah can't walk yet, but she can crawl and stand up. She can only talk baby language and she giggles a lot especially when I play with her. We speak mostly Danish at home, but Leah and I understand English because our mum, who is South African, speaks English to us. We would like an aupair that is a native English speaker. Your package will include: - All meals and board (you will have your own bedroom) - Use of a bicycle - Use of a mobile phone and/or sim-card with 100kr credit per month - Monthly bus/train ticket for inner-Copenhagen (Zone 1 - 2) - You are always welcome to join us on outings/excursions as part of the family (mostly take place over the weekends) - Language lessons (if you'd like to learn Danish) We expect you to work for between 25 and 30 hours a week. Tasks include looking after us, taking us to and from nursery/pre-school, making light meals, evening babysitting once or twice a month, and household work (tidying up, vacuum, dusting, laundry) 3 - 5 hours a week. My little sister and I expect you to be patient, kind and fun, and to enjoy singing and music. Mum and Dad also expect you to have previous childcare experience and provide us with references or people we can contact who can vouch for your character.
